Physician Assistant, Surgical Case Coverage

Part-time · Intermittent · Milwaukee area

We are seeking a physician assistant for part-time, intermittent surgical case coverage. This is as-needed coverage for scheduled operating-room cases, a good fit for an experienced PA who wants flexible, per-case work alongside their current role.

What the role involves

  • Schedule: intermittent half-day and full-day OR coverage, as needed
  • Location: operating rooms in the Milwaukee area
  • Cases: total hip replacement, total knee replacement, and sports medicine (ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, hip arthroscopy)

What we are looking for

  • Prior orthopedic surgery experience is required to apply.
  • Active Wisconsin PA license, and eligibility for hospital and surgery-center credentialing
  • First-assist skills and comfort in the OR

Compensation

Competitive, discussed based on experience and case volume.

Licensed Athletic Trainer

Part-time · Flexible hours · Milwaukee, WI

We open November 16, 2026, and we are looking for a part-time licensed athletic trainer to help build the clinic from day one. This is a hands-on role for an organized, people-first LAT who wants to shape how a new practice runs.

What you'll do

  • Room patients, assist with exams and procedures, and keep clinic days on schedule
  • Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, bracing, and recovery
  • Handle scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and general office tasks

What you bring

  • Wisconsin athletic trainer license (or eligible) and BOC certification
  • Orthopedic clinic experience preferred
  • Organized, dependable, and good with patients and software

Schedule & pay

Part-time with flexible hours. Some administrative work can be done from home. Pay is discussed based on experience.
